Product & Features

16-channel digital technology in hearing aids divides incoming sound into 16 separate frequency bands. This allows for precise sound processing with each channel independently adjusted to match your unique hearing profile. The result is enhanced speech clarity, reduced background noise, and a more natural listening experience.

Our hearing aids utilize the same core digital technology found in clinic models but at a more accessible price point. We offer 16-channel processing, Bluetooth connectivity, and rechargeable batteries—features typically found in premium clinic models. While we don't replace the need for professional audiological evaluations, our devices provide a high-quality alternative for those seeking advanced technology at a more affordable price.

Our hearing aids are currently available in Beige and Gray finishes, designed to blend discreetly with different hair and skin tones.

Our hearing aids are rated IP67, meaning they are protected against dust and can withstand brief water immersion. They are resistant to sweat and light rain, but should not be worn while showering or swimming.

Our hearing aids offer multiple volume adjustment options: directly on the device with the physical button, through the companion smartphone app, or automatically with the adaptive environment sensing feature that adjusts based on your surroundings.

Our hearing aids provide up to 18 hours of continuous use on a single charge. The charging case fully recharges the devices in just 1.2 hours, making it convenient to power up overnight or during short breaks.

Most users adapt to their hearing aids within 2-4 weeks. Initially, sounds may seem unusually loud or different as your brain relearns to process sounds you haven't heard clearly in a while. We recommend starting with shorter wearing periods and gradually increasing usage time for the most comfortable adjustment.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

The charging case features LED indicators that show the charging status. When the hearing aids are fully charged, the LEDs will turn from blinking to solid green. Full charging takes approximately 1.2 hours from a completely depleted battery.

Clean your hearing aids daily with the soft brush provided in your kit. Gently remove any earwax from the speaker/receiver and microphone openings. Wipe the device with a dry, soft cloth. Never use water, alcohol, or cleaning solutions directly on the hearing aids.

First, ensure the hearing aids are fully charged. Check that the receiver is not blocked with earwax. Try resetting the device by placing it in the charging case for 10 seconds then removing it. If problems persist, consult the Troubleshooting section in your User Manual or contact our Customer Service team.

Always store your hearing aids in the charging case when not in use. This protects them from dust and moisture while keeping them charged. Keep the case in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

With proper care and maintenance, our hearing aids are designed to last 4-5 years. The rechargeable batteries typically maintain optimal performance for about 2-3 years before showing signs of reduced capacity.

Usage & Benefits

As a first-time user, expect a gradual adjustment period. Start by wearing your hearing aids in quieter environments for 2-3 hours daily, then progressively increase usage and environment complexity. Your brain needs time to adapt to hearing sounds you may have missed for years. The Bluetooth app allows you to start with gentler settings and increase amplification over time.

To pair your hearing aids: 1) Download our companion app from your app store, 2) Place your hearing aids in the charging case, open the lid, and press the pairing button for 3 seconds, 3) Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone and open the app, 4) Follow the on-screen instructions to complete pairing. Once paired, you can stream audio and adjust settings directly from your phone.

Yes, our app offers customizable environmental presets for various situations like restaurants, outdoor activities, music listening, and quiet conversations. You can further personalize these presets and save them as favorites for quick access. The hearing aids will also learn your preferences over time and adjust automatically.

To maximize battery life: 1) Turn off Bluetooth streaming when not needed, 2) Use lower volume settings when appropriate, 3) Store hearing aids in the charging case when not in use, 4) Keep the charging contacts clean, 5) Avoid exposing the devices to extreme temperatures which can affect battery performance.

Feedback (whistling sound) typically occurs when sound leaks out and is re-amplified. Ensure your ear tips fit properly—try different sizes included in your kit. Check that the hearing aid is inserted correctly. Clean the device to remove any wax buildup. If the problem persists, use the feedback cancellation setting in the app or contact our support team.

Order & Payment

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and various digital payment methods. We also accept HSA/FSA cards for eligible products, as hearing aids are generally considered qualified medical expenses.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or through the shipping carrier's website.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.

Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and local tax regulations. The final price shown at checkout includes all applicable taxes.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Yes, we ship to select international destinations. International shipping times vary depending on the destination country and may take 7-21 business days. Please note that some countries may have additional regulations for importing medical devices.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $199 within the United States. For orders under $199, a flat shipping fee of $9.99 applies. International shipping costs vary by destination.

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement if necessary.

Address changes may be possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible with your order number and the new shipping address.

Refund & Return

We offer a 45-day risk-free trial on all our hearing aids. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. This gives you sufficient time to adjust to your new hearing aids and evaluate their performance.

To initiate a return, contact our Customer Support team through our website or app. They will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed. Be sure to include all original accessories and packaging when returning the product.

Once we receive your returned hearing aids, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

For returns within the 45-day trial period, we cover the return shipping costs. For returns outside of this period, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you receive damaged or defective hearing aids, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damaged items to help expedite the process.

Trial & Warranty

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all our hearing aids. This warranty covers defects in materials, workmanship, or product quality not caused by user damage. The warranty begins on the date the devices are delivered.

The 45-day trial period starts on the day the hearing aids are delivered. This gives you ample time to adapt to your new devices and experience their benefits in various listening environments before making your final decision.

We offer an optional theft and loss protection plan for an additional fee. This plan covers one replacement per year if your hearing aids are lost or stolen. Contact Customer Support for details on purchasing this coverage.

If your hearing aids malfunction during the warranty period, first consult the User Manual for troubleshooting suggestions. If the issue persists, contact Customer Service with a detailed description of the problem. We will provide instructions for sending the devices for repair or replacement.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the hearing aids. Damage from water immersion beyond the IP67 rating specifications is also not covered.
